Week Two! My mattress finally arrived last week. The delivery guy was an ass and wouldn't bring it up the stairs. I was determined to set up a nice, comfy bed as soon as possible. So I dragged a king size mattress up to the third floor all by myself. That herculean effort was fueled by pure determination. I really wanted to go out that night, but I also wanted to test my bed. I decided to take a nap at 7:00PM and woke up a little after 5:00AM. Since the bar was closed, I went back to sleep. Visco-elastic foam mattresses rule, by the way. Last week I went to Los Angeles, where I slept in a really comfy bed that I didn't have to drag up three flights of stairs. The press event was fun and I got to spend time with one of the dearest people in the universe. I was supposed to go to Vegas over the weekend, but a bunch of things came up and I was really tired from sleeping on the floor and a quickie L.A. trip and running off to shoots when nobody is looking. I really should have gone to Vegas, but I couldn't muster the energy. Instead I spent a lovely Saturday morning with Rannie and the farmer's market. The weather has been unusually wark and I've really been enjoying being outside and walking. This week is full of pre-E3 stuff. So I won't be in the office so much. I finally cancelled all my utilities in Irvine. That took long enough. Duh me. Oh yeah, Shane told Sandra that, "Raymond is totally over you," which at the time I thought I was. In reality I was mostly over her and a lot drunk. Now I'm really totally over her though. I still care for her, but not like that anymore. I better get some sleep. I've precious cargo arriving tomorrow.
